Installed these in my boat’s cockpit and the polypropylene cone really holds up to the humidity—no distortion even at higher volumes. The sound clarity from the dome tweeter is noticeably better than the old speakers I had.

Swapped out my old factory 6.5s for these and the polypropylene cone actually holds up at high volume without getting muddy. The 2-way setup keeps vocals crisp even with the top down on the highway.

The dome tweeter on these really cuts through wind noise at cruising speed, which my old coaxials never did. Bass is solid for a 6.5 without an amp. Sealed them into the kick panels and they sound great.
