Wasn't sure a cover this cheap would feel solid, but the U.V. stabilized ABS housing has a nice heft to it. The poly-carbonate front panel is dark enough that you can't really tell what's behind it. Sealed up tight around my single DIN unit, no moisture getting in so far.

Wasn't sure the tinted front would match my dash but it looks sharp. The ABS housing feels solid, not that flimsy plastic you get on cheaper covers. Everything lined up with my single DIN unit without any filing.

Installed this over the weekend and the sealed cover keeps rain out of my single DIN slot perfectly. The stainless screws haven't shown a speck of rust after a few wet weeks, though the tinted panel is darker than the photos suggest.
