Wasn't sure I needed this until I mounted it behind my windshield and finally got the camera angle pointing where I actually wanted. The up-and-down tilt is simple to set and it's stayed put through weeks of driving. Small part, but it solved my whole framing problem.

The tilt adjustment on this bracket finally let me angle my backup camera down enough to see the hitch, which was impossible with the fixed mount I had before. Took maybe ten minutes to install and it holds the angle solid even on bumpy roads.

Didn't realize how much I needed this until I mounted my camera at a weird angle and could finally tilt the image up to level. The bracket holds tight and hasn't slipped once, even on bumpy drives.
